Every one-on-one plan includes a full movement and goals assessment, a custom progressive program built around you, and weekly check-ins to track progress and adjust as needed. A meal plan can be added on as well. Sessions run 3+ times a week depending on your goals, structured in 4-week cycles to allow your body to properly adapt and avoid plateaus.

Sessions run 60-75 minutes, with frequency built around your goals and schedule. Most clients train 3+ times a week, plus a monthly 45-minute check-in with Andrea to assess movement and refine strategy.

Pricing is built around you, since every program is different. On average, one-on-one coaching runs $250-300/month, including meal planning, 1-1 messaging, a monthly check-in, and 3+ custom workouts a week. Reach out for a personalized quote based on your goals.

You’ll have two options to stay connected. Trainerize is the app you'll use day-to-day: your workouts, progress tracking, and 1-1 messaging with Andrea all live there, so you can train on your own schedule. For live coaching, sessions are held over Google Meet, giving you real-time, face-to-face guidance. Which one (or combination) you use depends on the coaching path that fits you best.
